All products under warranty period can get new free replacements. Here is the detailed warranty period info:

Items not listed in this category will accept DOA only. The warranty starts from the day when the package shipped.
If the items you received belong to below conditions, you will get full refund or free replacement:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA)
- Incorrect Description / Wrong Items

1. Contact Vaping Bison Customer Service team through our ticketing system. Choose “Defected Item and Return (RMA# Request) ” in the Category Option Bar. Please put the order number in the subject, which will help us reply quickly.
2. Our customer service will reply your ticket in 24 hours (except weekends and holidays). Generally, we will not ask customers to send faulty products back to us, but under some cases, we may need some faulty products back.
3. You will get a RMA number for items need to be returned. Please use your country regular air mail (USPS in United States, for example.) to ship back to us. DO NOT using any expensive shipping method. Our customer service will give you more information about shipping carriers.
