Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Orders including pre-order item(s) will be processed after the pre-order item(s) is(are) available to deliver.

Orders including out of stock item(s) will be shipped partially.  

Warehouses

We have more than two warehouses located in Hong Kong SAR, China Mainland and United States. Your order items will be shipped by the available stock location.

 * DHL Express delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. PO BOX and  Military base are not accepted.

Standard Registered Mail can NOT ship products below:

- All liquid (include eJuice, Concentrated flavor)
- Battery

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes

VapingBison.com ships to addresses within the U.S., Canada and European addresses.

If you can’t find your province, country or are not sure if we can ship to, please contact our customer service before payment.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

VapingBison.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please investigate carefully before payment.

Damages

VapingBison.com makes sure all products handed to shipment carrier in good and complete condition. However, there is possibility of product damaged and lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and ask for our customer service help.
